1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the q4444 platform. Only users aged 21 and above are permitted to open an account and play games on this platform. Registration or betting activity on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. q4444 may request valid identification documents at any time to verify your age.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Accessing or using the platform from countries where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law is entirely your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be seized and the balances and bonuses of both accounts may be cancelled.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful and accurate information when opening an account. If false, incomplete or misleading information is provided, q4444 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your information changes.

2.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is prohibited. Any activity carried out from your account will be assumed to have been performed by you, unless it can be proven that it was an unauthorized access. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

q4444 may request any of the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on q4444 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds deposited under a third party's name or from an unknown source are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements on bonuses have been met.

3.3 Processing Delays

Withdrawals may be temporarily held during KYC verification or in cases of unusual activity. In such cases, our support team will contact you directly.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use the bonus — meaning you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The q4444 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Promotion to a VIP tier depends on the member's activity and loyalty. q4444 may modify the VIP benefit terms at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

q4444 is committed to a fair play policy. All games on the platform are secured by SSL encryption and are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) tested by third parties.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a round or bet is cancelled due to server disconnection, software error or other technical issues, q4444 will attempt to refund the amount involved. However, q4444 is not liable for any losses caused by network disruptions.

5.3 Exploiting System Errors

Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error to obtain abnormal winnings is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended or closed.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q4444 platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Playing games with the aid of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or channelling illegal funds through the platform
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Abusing the bonus system
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

10.1 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed (subject to wagering requirements being met).

q4444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing a false identity or information

11.1 Right to Amend

q4444 reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 11.2 In Case of Conflict

If the Terms are published in both Bengali and English and a conflict of interpretation arises, the version adopted by q4444 will be considered final.
